It's been a great month on the Snake. Lots of steel and even a king once in awhile. All caught on #3 brass spinners. The A-run fish this year were definatly bigger. Now that Nov. is here I can hear them calling me from the Clearwater, or are those just the voices in my head?

#3brass, I'm going to call you Steve, since it looks like that may be your name from your e-mail address Wink  Nice going.  It's raining to beat the band here and if it wasn't so stinkin' far I'd love to come over hook up with you!

Nice fish and great post!

Great pics, #3 brass. Must be nice to have so many fish with such stable water conditions. Find something that works, put in the time, catch the fish. Gotta love those spinners! great

It's niche fishing at it's finest. The spinners catch more fish in that particular stretch than other methods combined. You're right about the stable water conditions. Rain or shine the water level stays about the same. Sometimes they'll raise the gates at hells canyon and the water levels will fluctuate, but it doesn't seem to put the fish off.

Nice work there, #3Brass...some here might think your timing of posting all those pics of October summer runs is a little bit mean given our recent storms and high waters, but I think your timing is perfect.  Grin
