New Reality Series Casting Call
Reality Series Casting Call -- open to the public Jan 25th to Feb 10th - 2012
We are looking for two women and two men who would like to star in a reality series.
The series is based on the harvesting of Alaskan salmon.
No experience necessary but acting skills are a plus.
The finalist will be flown to Alaska for a 12 week shoot.
Details:
Finalist will not be accompanied by any family members. There is absolutely no provisioning for family members, girlfriends, boyfriends, husband, wives or other relational people. Two men and two women will be grouped as girls against the guys. Each group will be in seperate locations. This project requires strict concentration without distractions. You will be allowed daily calls to your significant other and families free of charge. There are no phone restrictions or time limits EXCEPT: There will be no calls made or received during shooting and production hours.No information about the the show progress is to be leaked or discussed. Severe legal penalties WILL be imposed if cast leaks information during the shoot to anyone.
The cast will be placed in conditions that are related to the Alaskan wild. Cast will be supervised at all times to ensure safety. Although this is a reality series the cast will not be left in remote locations unattended. The cast is expected to perform to the best of their ability to harvest wild Alaskan salmon in accordance with state and federal laws. The salmon caught are not property of the cast. The salmon caught will be sold and proceeds of that sale will go to a charitable organization.
Cast will receive payment of each episode completed and syndication royalties thereafter. You are under contract and must complete all 12 episodes.
This series is not like Deadliest Catch or other extreme reality series. The salmon harvesting is performed from river banks or from small boats. Cast will not be exposed to life threatening dangers as seen on crab boats and other extreme reality series.
