Three Rivers Steelhead Derby contestant

Does anyone know what is the smallest fish entered in the Three Rivers Steelhead Derby? I got a likely winner for smallest this afternoon at 22" and 3.5 lbs (roughly). I'll call them in the morning but would like to get it in the brine if it's a mute point. Thanks for any input. Tight lines everyone!
